Dear exchange and international students,

In Japan, people suffering from stress and anxiety often decide to go 'forest bathing'. This practice describes going into the woods to be at one with nature and forget about the worries of life for a few hours in order to have a clear mind.

As we are in exam season, why not join us on a relaxing walk amongst the trees in the Southampton common? We'll meet on the Common opposite Avenue campus (by the common).
