Wonderful Erasmus and International Exchange Students,

I have been told by the President himself that you are one of the best years we have had the pleasure of hosting in Southampton and we very much want to celebrate and give you all the send-off that Erasmus and International Exchange students of 2013-14 deserves!

Therefore, we have decided to host something very special for you:

★ The Erasmus & International Exchange Students Gala Dinner ★

We are hosting a 3-course dinner with free cocktail reception, awards for some special Erasmus students, and finally dancing the night away until 3am... which we hope won't end in tears!

☆ We will also be giving a free mug with the society and university logo to everyone that will come along and have dinner!

★★★ After the dinner we will be having the FINAL PARTY of the year there, at La Margherita, starting at 10pm - EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO ATTEND, no need to have dinner ★★★

WHAT TO DO:

♤ Step 2: You need to come along to one of the following dates to pay for the food. In case you do not pay in advance, your order will NOT be taken into consideration. We will keep adding dates accordingly. Please fill the online form BEFORE coming to pay. The price is £15 with ESNcard (£17 without) and includes 3-course Meal, Cocktail Reception, Erasmus Society Mug, Photo Booth and After Party there.

1) Stags Head - Monday, 5th of May: 12:00 - 13:00
2) Stags Head - Wednesday, 7th May: 13:00 - 14:00
3) Stags Head - Thursday, 8th of May: 13:30 - 14:30

NOTE: On these dates we will be collecting money for the Brighton Trip as well (10 tickets left).

How to get there: : La Margherita, close to the docks, on the U1C and U6C bus route.

☆ This will be a very special event and please look out for more details about the awards. Please keep an eye out for details as I am sure you all appreciate we are busy with exams but want to be able to facilitate as many of you as possible!

We really have had a wonderful year as your committee and hope you will all be able to join us on this special night! We are looking forward to seeing all of you on the night dressed in your Gala suits and dresses!
